Great product, great service
I purchased these sliding discs for my husband, for his birthday because he is not so keen on doing abdominal exercises. I observed him today doing some of the exercises and he was doing so well. The discs made 100% difference to the abdominal action and effectiveness. Not only did he not have to lie on his back, he could stand up and bend over to work them, but I could see the ease that he was able to have in the movement!
